AGATA organises a Music Hall every February at the annual Vilnius International Book Fair. For years, discussions with famous Lithuanian musicians, new album launches, and live shows have been core activities of Music Hall. Simultaneously, the event's promotion revolved around promo press releases and social media posts. In 2021 International Book fair was cancelled together with Music Hall. Like everywhere in the world, the music and culture industry was amongst the most affected by the pandemic in Lithuania.


Goals

  • To show support for the Lithuanian music community
  • Connect artists with listeners.

Implementation

In order to use the limited budget in the most effective way, we decided to focus our communication efforts not merely on informing about the upcoming Music Hall 2022, but on actively engaging the target audience on many different levels. In a month with National Broadcaster‘s news portal, we organised the Lithuanian Album Cover Of The Year Award, launched a musical bus stops OOH campaign, in the Music Hall itself we organised a first-ever Music Hall Auction and implemented a broad and intense comms campaign.
